 Session
member Don Poundstone has been Regional Home Missionary for the Presbytery
of Southern California since 1996. He was ordained to the gospel ministry
in 1970 and pastored churches in Pennsylvania and Oregon until 1994.
He
and his wife Carolyn then served two years as foreign missionaries on
the island of Cyprus (Middle East) and in Eritrea (East Africa) before
returning to California.
Don
was born into a Christian family (his father was a pastor of Orthodox
Presbyterian churches in Southern California for 38 years) and professed
faith in Christ at an early age.
He
and Carolyn are the proud parents of four married children and have five
precious grandchildren." |
